Order Form and Feedback

This form can be used for feedback and to order a raclette grill, raclette cheese or our new raclette cookbook. To order raclette grills please indicate so in the message box. Your order (please have a look at our order process page) is however only complete once you followed the instructions in the email that will be send to you. So feel free to ask or tell us anything you like. We love to hear from you!

If you know what you want to order and don't need to ask any questions, please use our faster order form (especially good before Christmas!).

You can now purchase The Entertainer for only A$198 or The Gourmet for A$179. Postage and handling fees apply. A$14 to anywhere in Australia.

If you are ordering from us you will be happy to hear that we now have a new payment option with BPAY. Faster, better and safer as credit card transactions you now can pay the way you prefer.

Please note: Most feedback is answered within one hour. Should you not receive an answer within one day something went wrong. The likely cause is an incorrect email address, so please make sure your email address is correct if you would like an answer! Note also that you should put down your address details or at least your postcode and suburb even if you are not yet sure which of our products you want to buy.
