These utensils are the traditional way of scraping the cheese out of the raclette pans. These days there are also many plastic scrapers in use, however, purists of course prefer the traditional wooden spatulas.

Our raclette grills have non-stick pans, so the scrapers are not really necessary if you use proper raclette cheese, that slides out of the pan when you gently shake it. Still, you may want to buy the raclette spatulas separately if needed.
