Before you use our order/feedback form please make sure you read and understand this description of our order process!

1. Fill out our order/feedback form and indicate if you want to buy a grill (and which grill) or simply send feedback. Delete the default text if not needed.
2. Make sure that your email address is correct.
3. If you don't receive a reply from us within three business days, something went wrong (most likely incorrect email address). Please try again.
4. You will receive a reply from us with instructions if you want to buy a raclette grill.
5. Your order is only complete after you followed these instructions.
